The hard part was never the AI.

It's the 20-year-old core banking system underpinning it. The regulated environment that cannot fail. The legacy infrastructure that holds everything together but blocks everything new. That is where I work.

Alongside my advisory work, I am finishing a Master of Artificial Intelligence at Monash University, pairing the current research with how regulated enterprises behave in practice.

Before Melbourne, I spent 17 years building and leading technology across banking, insurance and government, as Architect and Tech Lead at firms including Indra, Inetum, Belltech and La Positiva Seguros.
